This year myself and three of my friends are participating in Feb Fast.
For those of you who don’t know what Feb Fast is it is an event where you give up (Pause) something in your life for the month of February. The two main things people tend to give up are alcohol and sweets/junk food. During the month you are not only challenging yourself but you are raising funds to help the disadvantaged youth of Australia.
I have three friends participating;
- Friend 1 is giving up alcohol
- Friend 2 is giving up take away foods
- Friend 3 is giving up smoking
I am giving up POTATO – know that may not sound like much of a sacrifice but I love potato and eat it 2-3 times a week.
