Today’s challenge is a little different to the others. Today I challenge you the be social. 

Get out there: 

  • Visit a friend 
  • Invite the girls out for lunch 
  • Organise a dinner date 
  • Go shopping with your bestie 

Sometimes we get caught up in life and work that we forget to relax and be social. Now when I say social don’t stay at home all day on social media I mean face yit face contact. 

Social wellness is important for many reasons: 

  • It enhances your mood 
  • It can relieve stress 
  • It reminds you to laugh and have fun 
  • It cures lonliness 

So do what you can today to be a social butterfly.
