Today I challenge you to only drink water. No tea, coffee, juice, energy drinks or alcohol.
Let’s start out the week happy and healthy.
Water only; sip slowly and enjoy. Being well hydrated has many benefits:

- It’s good for your metabolism
- Keeps your heart healthy
- Decelerates the aging process
Need I say more! So give yourself a day of only water. Avoid the added calories of other drinks and hydrate the best way.
