March Challenge – 20th of March 

Good morning friends. 

Today I challenge you to only drink water. No tea, coffee, juice, energy drinks or alcohol. 

Let’s start out the week happy and healthy.

Water only; sip slowly and enjoy. Being well hydrated has many benefits: 

  • Good for your skin
  • Boots mental creativity 
  • Stronger immune system 
  • It’s good for your metabolism 
  • Keeps your heart healthy 
  • Decelerates the aging process 

Need I say more! So give yourself a day of only water. Avoid the added calories of other drinks and hydrate the best way.
